Do you offer free returns?
We offer FREE returns (prepaid postage) on orders within the US mainland for items returned or exchanged within 30 days*.
To return or exchange an item, simply login to our online returns portal to print a prepaid USPS return label.
For international returns outside of the US mainland, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
For online purchases, returns can be processed at any of our stores in the US. However, please note that exchanges for online purchases are not available in-store at this time.
